In 2009, according to reports, China Telecom recruited 7,000 college students to recruit twice the size of previous years. China Telecom, the original principle of zero growth in employment, the number retiring each year is the number to recruit  new people come in these years. But the employment of university graduates this year to solve the difficult decision to increase the recruitment of university places.
